However, somewhere along the line, we are stressed, angry trying to achieve more. Today I will show your three apps that will not only change your life but also will make you feel better. Remember less is more.

  1. Hydro Coach

Hydro Coach is one of the apps that will give you superpower throughout the day. It will remind you to drink water. I know drinking water ???

Your body is 90% water, and it has only pros. It gives you a habit of drinking water every day.

It has made me feel better and more energized throughout the day.

We highly recommend the app.

Three reasons to try the app:
*You are not drinking water.
*You want to feel better.

2. Head Space

In a noisy world, headspace can give you calm. I know you can join meditation group or yoga, however, if you are looking to expand your meditation anywhere you go. I would defiantly check HeadSpace out. You can try it while you are working, commuting.

Three reasons to try the app:
*You want Calm feeling.
*You need to boost your concentration.

3. Strava

I started using Strava after I viewed it on Casey Neistat’s show. The App is essential in navigating while running and biking. It has a perfect interface.

Three reasons to try the app:
*You need stamina.
*You need to boost your Testosterone.
